  • All slots are full at this time, but we are taking names for the waitlist.

  • Attending membership is capped at 140. Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee that you will make it in under that cap. While we will try to announce that the cap has been reached as soon as we hit 140 people, the registration committee (namely Dualbunny) does have to sleep at some point. Please do not send payment until you receive a message from registration confirming your membership. Note: the automatically generated email you receive after filling out the form is not confirmation of membership.

  • Important Note: Once you have been notified that membership is available, payment is expected within three weeks. That means that within three weeks of the registrar confirming your membership, we must have received either a Paypal payment or a check. If your payment is not received by the deadline you are given, you will be rolled down to the waitlist.

  • VividCon memberships are $85 ($80 by check). Please do not send money until you've received confirmation from the Registrar.

  • You must be registered by July 21st to have your name included in the program. No memberships will be sold at the door.

  • Every registration will be confirmed within 72 hours. If you don't get a confirmation, or if you have problems with this form, please write directly to llama.reg@gmail.com for help.

To protect people's privacy, members will be listed in the con program book by badge name, lj name, and email only. Select "No" only if you do not wish to be listed in the program book at all.

I will be purchasing a lunch ticket for Saturday ($20.50 for Paypal, $20 by check):
Lunch will be an assortment of pizzas ( deep dish & thin), tossed mixed greens with assorted dressings, freshly baked cookies & assorted soft drinks. This gets you a ticket, which you can trade to someone else if it turns out you would rather go out and they would rather stay in, but is otherwise non-refundable. If you would like to purchase a lunch ticket, you may do so separately on the payment page (next). You will not be able to purchase a lunch ticket at the con.
I will be purchasing a spot on the orphan vids table in the con suite ($10.50 Payapl, $10 by check):
(If you would like to sell tapes or dvds of your vids at the con, we will have a small "orphan vids" table in the con suite where we will collect the money for you. Rather than taking a commission, we are just charging a flat fee, but please do not bring giant quantities. This is open to attending members only.
I would like to purchase DVDs in addition to the set that comes with my membership (each additional set is $10.50 Paypal, $10 by check)
